Warranty and conditions

Score chairs are manufactured with the utmost care from durable materials. We develop chairs and stools for a lifespan of at least 10 years, for which most products come with a 5-year guarantee. In practice, we see that our products last even longer without any problems. Does a chair or stool break down sooner? Often parts can easily be replaced. Ask your Score dealer about the possibilities.

In the unlikely event of a complaint, please contact the dealer where you bought the Score product. They will take care of a good solution.

Conditions

• the product is equipped with an original and undamaged Score production label
• if the product is a medical aid in accordance with MDR 2017/745, and manufactured from 17 May 2021, the product bears an undamaged and original UDI identification label (CE)
• the product is in original condition and consists of the original parts
• electronic components and upholstery type K11 (leatherette) have a warranty period of 2 years (instead of 5 years)
• Score products are situated in the meant working environment with normal use of 8 hours per day
