Warranty

Score chairs are manufactured with the utmost care from durable materials and come with a 5-year warranty as standard 5-year standard warranty.

Conditions

• The product is equipped with an original and undamaged Score production label
• If the product is a medical aid in accordance with MDR 2017/745, and manufactured from 17 May 2021, the product bears an undamaged and original UDI identification label (CE)
• The product is in original condition and consists of the original parts
• Electronic components and upholstery type K11 (leatherette) have a warranty period of 2 years (instead of 5 years)
• Score products are situated in the meant working environment with normal use of 8 hours per day

Delivery conditions

On all our current and future quotations, assignments and other agreements apply to the ‘Metaalunie conditions’ deposited at the Registry of the District Court in Rotterdam on 1 January 2014. These conditions are available on our website www.scoreseating.com and are sent upon request. When (general) conditions on this page differ from ‘Metaalunie conditions’, the conditions on this page are leading.

Dealers

Score sells through resellers only.

The mentioned measurements can deviate from reality.

Packaging

All products are appropriately packed in cardboard boxes. The chairs are packed knocked down in boxes.

Product modification

We always strive for product optimization. Alterations, as a result of product improvement, can be executed without further notice.

Transport damage

Transport damage must be mentioned on the transport document(s).

Client specific upholstery

In case of client specific upholstery, Score BV cannot be held responsible for guarantee, product quality and the adhesiveness of the upholstery.

Material prices are subject to change, therefore we preserve ourselves the right to amend our prices without notice. Every effort has been made to ensure that all information is correct at the time of going to press.
