Can you adjust the seat depth of your chair? Then this is your next step. For people with long legs, a sliding seat can be pleasant, because the seat depth increases by approx. 6-10 cm. You can adjust this with the lever under the seat that makes it slide forward and backward. How do you know if you are sitting correctly? If your back connects well to the backrest of the chair and there is sufficient space between the seat and the back of your knees, you have the right seat depth. You can check the latter by making a fist and placing it between the front of the seat and the back of your knees. This space prevents constriction of the blood vessels.
Do you have an office chair of which you can adjust your backrest in height? Then check whether it is adjusted to the height of your back. The backrest should come at least to your shoulders, so that it can fully support your back. If the backrest is not adjustable, you can check whether it fits well with the curve of your back.
