Upholstery and fabrics
Since upholstery is subject to wear and use, additional conditions apply. Below is an overview of what is and is not covered by the warranty.
Covered by warranty:
• Damage to upholstery caused by transport (must be reported to the dealer within 2 working days
of receipt).
• Irregularities in the fabric that are visible immediately upon delivery (must be reported to the dealer
within 2 working days of receipt).
• Creases that appear shortly after delivery may indicate a manufacturing defect and are covered by the
warranty. Creasing that develops later is considered normal use. Creases appearing within the
first 3 months
on the visible part of the seat surface are covered by the warranty.
• Abnormal wear of the fabric under normal use within 5 years.
• Seams coming loose.
• Upholstery coming loose.
• Severe loss of fabric tension that impedes use.
• Tears (unless caused by misuse).
Not covered by warranty:
• Damage to the fabric due to misuse or improper use. Score reserves the right to investigate the cause of
the damage.
• Wrinkles or creases that appear more than 3 months after delivery.
• Stains and irregularities in the upholstery that arise during use. Score reserves the right to investigate
the cause of the damage.
• For Stamskin upholstery: the surface becoming smoother over time due to frequent cleaning. This is
normal, usage-related wear.
• A slight loss of fabric tension due to intensive use of the product. This is a normal phenomenon and does
not affect the lifespan or usability of the product.
